Our Micro Standard package expands on our basic package by providing you with 30 min per month of support included during business hours to help out with issues which may be holding you back in developing your business. We will track all your devices in our asset management system.

 

We also include a Microsoft Business Standard license which bundles together the Office 365 programs like Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as SharePoint and Teams for communications and collaboration internally as well as externally, Microsoft Bookings to make it easy for your customers to book appointments as well as MileIQ for mileage tracking and reporting.

Our Micro Premium package expands on our Standard package by utilizing Microsoft 365 Business Premium licenses which comprise of Microsoft’s PC and mobile device management providing you with increased security with ability to apply security policies to protect your devices. This package is great for small businesses requiring support and additional security in industries such as HR, health or finance.

 

With this plan we also include 60 minutes per month of support during business hours to always have the support when you need it most.

 

Further to this our Premium package also includes our cloud-based backup for all your Office 365 and SharePoint date. This will make sure that your data is recoverable in case of accidental or malicious deletion or in case of a cyber-attack. Finally, our Premium package includes your domain registration and basic website hosting.
